1 Definitions & Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between the pbvip platform ("Platform", "Site" or "pbvip") and its users ("User", "you" or "Member"). pbvip is an online casino and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The pbvip website and all associated services.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits awarded for promotional purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Fair Play" — The policy of ensuring honest and impartial gaming.

By registering on the platform or using its services, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on pbvip, you must be 21 years of age or older. No person below this age may use the platform. If it is later established that a registered member was underage at the time of registration, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or shared environment (users sharing the same IP address or device). Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If any details change, the member must inform the support team as soon as possible.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Account Verification

pbvip follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure fair play and secure transactions. As part of verification, the following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport).
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. pbvip keeps information collected for verification purposes confidential and shares it with third parties only in compliance with applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pbvip currently supports transactions via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The same minimum amount applies for each method.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for every method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This may take longer if verification or risk assessment is required.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

All deposits and withdrawals are secured via SSL encryption. Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted. Suspicious transactions may be held or referred for investigation at pbvip's discretion. Where money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds may be used for betting but cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time limit, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• pbvip reserves the right to forfeit bonuses in cases of fraudulent bonus use.

5.4 VIP Program

pbvip's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Regular play allows members to advance to higher tiers.

5.5 Other Promotions

pbvip may offer various promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms. pbvip reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games offered on pbvip operate on the basis of fair play. Each game outcome is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no means of altering or manipulating game results.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or round is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or software fault, pbvip will attempt to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount where applicable. However, pbvip is not liable for losses arising from technical errors.

6.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on events across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The acceptance of bets and the setting of odds are entirely at pbvip's discretion. Bets once accepted generally cannot be changed.

6.4 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, related bets will generally be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Applicable rules for special circumstances will be communicated separately.

6.5 Use Across Multiple Devices

The same account may be used from multiple devices; however, placing bets from multiple sessions simultaneously may be restricted for security reasons.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Collusion — playing in coordination with other players.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Operating games through bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Harassing or threatening other members of the platform.

pbvip reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit balances and winnings, and notify the relevant authorities without prior notice in the event of any of the above violations.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by pbvip

pbvip may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the Terms.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• A legal requirement or directive from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. To do so, contact [email protected]. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any amount from your verified balance (provided no breach of the Terms has occurred).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more). The member will be notified by email in advance.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pbvip places great importance on the protection of users' personal information. All collection, storage, and processing of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• All sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption.
• Personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared only with third parties necessary for the operation of the service.
• You may request to view, correct, or delete your information.

10 Limitation of Liability

pbvip strives to provide the highest quality service through its platform. However, pbvip is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets or incomplete games caused by internet connection issues.
• Faults in third-party software or hardware.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or security failures.
• Consequences of violating local laws applicable in the user's area.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar events.

pbvip's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

11 Responsible Gaming

pbvip firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want our members to play for entertainment, not under pressure.

11.1 Self-Limits

Members can set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Contact the support team for help setting these limits.

11.2 Self-Exclusion
